Dear KS,
I'm not sure why Baldwin Park doesn't change, even though the world can see they hire the underperforming and then overcompensate them. People tell me this is happening in governments all over the world.

Oh Paul – what corruptness…. . . over and
over incompetent people get and hold good jobs and are well paid for being
idiots while talented people and good workers lose out??? I have no idea why
this continues to happen..
